Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is not as described

2. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (unless the issue is due to our error)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after the specified return window

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be processed within 2–5 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement product, subject to availability.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In other cases, return shipping charges may apply

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled; however, you may request a return after delivery
